It is tic tac toe you win with a golf club. Each player or team takes five balls, red or blue, and chips from the turf mat onto the 4-foot board. Yes to both. The 4-foot board is inflatable and floats, so you can drop it in the pool and chip from the deck, or play it on grass, turf or sand. A hand pump is in the box and inflates it in a few minutes; an electric pump is faster if you have one. Repair patches are included too.
